After I updated to the latest version, NDI applied to a scene works, only when the scene is active and the obs is maximized. ### Expected Behavior When we apply a NDI-Dedicated output filter on a scene, we should get the NDI output irrespective of whether the Scene is active or not, OBS window is maximized or minimized. ### Steps To Reproduce OBS Version 32.1.1 NDI Tools 6.3.2.0 Distro AV 6.2.0 ### Environment ```markdown - OS: Windows 11 - OBS: 32.1.1 - DistroAV: 6.2.0 - NDI: 6.3.2.0 ``` ### Pre-Check for Bug Report - [x] I am able to reproduce the bug following the steps provided above - [x] I have confirmed this bug exist on more than one device/computer - [ ] I have tested using a new scene collection to reproduce the issue - [ ] I have tested on a 'clean' OBS installation (aka with no other scripts or plugin installed) - [x] I am filing this bug report as a Human and have reviewed its content to the best of my ability to ensure it's accurate.
