Repository: Farukhsb/edu-intel-spark Email workflow notification support has been partially implemented, but it is not fully completed/live-validated yet because a verified sender email/domain and Resend API key are still pending. The Edge Function supports workflow notification categories like assignment-published, submission-received, and grade-released with request validation and authorization. However, external email provider setup, final validations, and improvements for targeted recipient sending are still pending. It is important to replace the broad student broadcast fallback with targeted recipients such as enrolled or assigned students before real institution use or serious demos.
